Summary: This property was a perfect location for our family. We were close to Turkey Run State Park and Purdue University. We hiked on a Friday afternoon and went to a football game on Saturday. Both about 1 hour from this house. It was nice to have 5 bedrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and we had quick responses.

Summary: House has great potential! Five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths were awesome. Furniture and beds were very comfortable! However, we asked the host if the grill was gas or charcoal. Response was gas. Knowing we asked about the grill should have been a great indicator that we were going to use it. The propane tank was empty! We had to cook all the meat (brats, hamburgers, hot dogs) on the stove top! 😡 The listing stated towels were provided. We had ten people in our party. However, there were only eight bath towels and six washcloths! There were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms and no kitchen towels or oven mits in the kitchen! Also, if you use white towels, please make sure you're able to get all stains out as some of the towels had huge stains on them. When opening the trash and recycling bins in the garage, we were bombarded by fruit flies from the garbage and recyclables that were left in the bins prior to our arrival. I don't believe the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned prior to our arrival, or if they were, the cleaning solution(s) used left a slightly sticky residue on the floors that left the bottom of our socks and slippers black. I am very sad to have to leave this kind of review. If someone would like to reach out to discuss, I would be happy to.
