Positive: The Property is lovely. The rooms are a good size and the main living area is great. Location is fab with things on site to do with children.

Negative: It was not clear from the listing that two of the bedrooms are separate entrances from the main house. We had small children with us and had baby monitors but would have otherwise been very uncomfortable leaving the kids in there when we were in the main living area in the evening. This should have been clear on the listing. It would also be helpful to have some basics like a kitchen cleaning spray and a dustpan and brush

Positive: The Barn was an ideal location for a party that we were going to in Birchington. The kitchen was a great size and perfect for eating . Exceptionally clean and modern but comfortable. Hot tub brilliant . Host helpful when booking . Ian really accommodating throughout our stay

Negative: The single beds were a nit uncomfortable

Negative: The oven door was partly missing, which made the outside glass get very hot. Quite dangerous for our eighteen months old grandson.

Positive: Spacious rental, very comfortable. The staff were lovely, especially the manager/owner Ian who went out of his way to make sure everything was OK. The hot tub was lovely, and the bedrooms were spacious. A great farm shop on site which sold everything that we needed. A 5 minuite walk away was a lovely garden centre & a children's play area. The town was only a 15 minute walk away. The Smugglers is a great pub which was walking distance, and also Christies wine bar was excellent for a Sunday roast. Our stay at the property for 7 ladies was excellent and would definitely go back.

Negative: Some coat hooks, & egg cups would have been good.

Summary: Perfect 🥰

Positive: The hot tub was fantastic, it was great to have so many things for the kids to do nearby, and there was enough to keep the adults occupied too.

Negative: The only small downside was that the place was missing a few little things such as kitchen cleaning products and the kitchen cooking equipment was also missing a few things.

Summary: Great place to stay with family for a long weekend, plenty to do nearby and a fantastic hot tub!
