Positive: Excellent location. Lovely comfortable, well equipped house. Personal card and welcome pack were a lovely surprise.

Negative: That there was no wash hand basin in the toilets. It’s an old house though and it wasn’t really an issue as other sinks were near.

Positive: Perfectly situated for walking into Stratford. Plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out when necessary. Made use of conservatory and beautiful secluded garden.

Negative: Toilet cubicles were a bit cramped. Not easy to get in and out of if you are on the plump side! but good to have two separate toilets.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful house in the perfect location. Exceptionally clean and very well presented. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were lucky enough to be able to eat outside in the lovely garden. There is ample room, comfy seats, and you can even feed the fish in the outdoor (safety net covered) pond. The house is a few minutes flat, easy walk to the centre of the town. There's no parking available, so we parked in the NCP carpark nearby. We had a fabulous stay, and the lovely welcome pack was an unexpected surprise.

Negative: The toilets don't have a washbasin in them. You need to go to either the kitchen sink or the bathroom to wash your hands. It would be good if a parking permit could be provided for parking outside the house.

Positive: Very welcoming and kind thoughts and gestures throughout, welcome wine and chocolates, biscuits, toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of cleaning items available.

Negative: The toilets were very snug, understand it might be difficult but a small sink/ tiny even in the toilets would enhance the facilities considerably.
