The main level features a bright great room with panoramic golf course views, comfortable seating for a crowd, and an 85-inch Sony XBR TV—ideal for gathering after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal prep and entertaining, with sliding-door access to a private patio overlooking the course, complete with a BBQ and spa. The dining area seats eight comfortably. A separate walnut-paneled den offers a cozy retreat with a wood-burning fireplace, game or puzzle table, wet bar, and 65-inch TV. A powder bath and convenient same-level parking access from both front and back entrances complete the main floor.
