Positive: This year, my girlfriend and I decided to take a road trip to Portugal, starting in the Netherlands. It was quite an undertaking, but absolutely worth it once you arrive at 45 Pine West, owned by Sandra, Stefano, and Fiona (one of the sweetest dogs ever). Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Sandra, who primarily serves as our host. She prepares a delicious breakfast every morning, and Stefano can even make a perfect cappuccino if you like. There's lovely music playing every morning. Best of all, Sandra is a master at making cakes. We tried three, and all three were delicious. Sandra is also open to any questions and is always up for a good conversation. For example, we brought food from a restaurant and wanted to eat it for dinner the next evening. Sandra set up the microwave in the dining room for us, with everything we needed for a delicious dinner. The accommodation is located in Assafora, about twenty minutes from Ericeira. It's Sandra's grandmother's old house, which she and Stefano renovated. It's a peaceful spot far from the hustle and bustle of Ericeira. Exactly what we were looking for. We entered our room from the sun terrace. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely bathroom and a huge bed. The windows have shutters, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. Something we were truly looking for. We recommend everyone to book a room at 45 Pine West. We would definitely do it again!

Positive: Beautiful property, calm and comfortable spaces! I only stayed for one night but was so happy to find a comfortable bedroom. The hosts are absolutely lovely and the breakfast is great! Sandra made sure I had everything I needed and was very flexible and responsive with my delayed trip. Very grateful and would absolutely recommend! There is the most incredible beach a few minutes away.

Positive: We felt like home. It's a nice, brand new and very clean house and the owners are lovley people. We like the room very much with the big windows with the view in the garden and the very comfortable big bed. The breakfast was very good. You can reach all the very nice spots around in short drives. And there is a lot to see around! We will come back and stay at least five days to see more, like Mafra, the nice coasts spots, Sintra, Casais... So we will make daytours and come home in the evening to a silent place and sit in the nice garden. We loved the very close beach for sunset. Thank you Sandra and Stefano für your hospitality we see us soon.
