Negative: I wish both bedrooms had double beds. When you are meeting another couple twin beds are kind of a bummer.

Positive: It was a nice touch to leave us some coffee for the morning. We stayed for 3 mornings so 3 coffee packages would have been nice, rather than 2. The location is great and the bike trails were awesome. Beautiful setting.

Negative: The twin beds were horrible and uncomfortable. They probably cost 100 for those types of mattresses. I slept in the queen size bed which was comfortable but my friend did not sleep well on the twin bed. This place was clean but it is outdated. The closets were full of foam mattresses and pillows so could not hang things in the closet in the smaller room. For the price we are paying, it seems that you could update the place. Needs to be painted and updated. Clean out the closets and put in only necessities. Nice blankets instead of older quilts. They need new mattresses on the twin beds. It is a cute property that you could do alot with.

Positive: The charm of Savannah GA with beaches akin to Outer Banks. The property is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to a grocery and shops. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend trip with 4 kids all under 10. The beaches feel semi private since there is no street parking near the access bridges. The houses near this property are unbelievable. So over the top we thought we were going to spot a celebrity on their balcony or taking a walk through the neighborhood.

Negative: Nothing, it was great.

Summary: A last minute family trip with 4 kids that didn’t disappoint.

Positive: Enough beds for everyone; kitchen well equipped; lots of tv options for our rainy days; short walk down the street to beach; excellent ice maker; nicely kept beach

Negative: We are used to having all the beach things clean and available. It didn’t really matter because the weather wasn’t great, but it would have been a pain to clean off the chairs on the deck and difficult to carry along with towels, umbrella, etc without a wagon/cart. (We accessed the beach for a walk.) Also thought for the price it would feel more beachy and less woodsy. I guess I didn’t read the description very well. Also, we tried to start a load of towels but there wasn’t any labeled laundry soap.
