Summary: Spent a week in this house. The garden is long, it's very secluded from the city noise and so close to the river. Everything is accessible by foot within a 20min radius. The house itself is so comfortable, the basement is nice and cool at all times of day, the upstairs bed is really nice and cozy. I had no issue while there. // Cette propriete est super : pres de tout mais dans un quartier residentiel calme et tranquille, à 20min à pied de tout ce dont on a besoin, tout pres de la riviere. Grand jardin lit du haut tres confortable est etage du dessous toujours frais meme en grand soleil . Je n'ai eu aucun souci dans la semaine.

Summary: I couldn't recommend this house highly enough. We have stayed in numerous rental properties in various countries over the years and this house tops them all in terms of comfort and accuracy of description. It felt as if the owners had just walked out the door before us and invited us to help ourselves. We didn't want for anything and the welcoming gifts were a nice touch. If we ever go back to Angouleme again, we would stay there.
