Positive: The hotel is in excellente location, couple blocks from time Square The lady at the reception was nice

Negative: The owners needs to pay little more attention to hygiene of the hotel and maintain it It was pain to take a shower with very very low water pressure and a faucette that will not hold by himself

Positive: The location was amazing, walkable to everything, the room was massive and the staff let us leave our bags before and after checking in which was a huge help. Front desk was manned 24/7 and we could come and go as we pleased

Negative: The only complaint I have is that they had building work (drilling and banging) going on until 9pm most nights and it was really distracting, especially dealing with jet lag and being on UK time. And maybe some comfy chairs/sofa as both people could be comfy instead of sitting in the bed

Summary: Amazing room and location. 100% recommend.

Negative: It's a small operation, basically a 3 level house converted into hotel rooms. Checkin is 3pm, when we got there at 5pm, we had to wait an additional 30 mins because the room still needed to be cleaned. Stay here for the location, which is tops. Everything else? better lower your expectations

Positive: It was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Linnens were clean and bed and pillows confortables.

Negative: The rooms could use some renovation and a thorough deep cleaning. Although the linens and towels appeared clean and smelled fresh, there were some noticeable dirty spots, especially on the hallway carpet. That said, it didn’t make our stay uncomfortable, and since the positive aspects outweighed the negatives, I still gave an overall score of 9.
