Summary: Had 2 Elevators 1 did not work. When we got to our lakeside view room, the windows was filthy. Shower curtain was to short. All toiletries were empty and 1 had leaked all over the tub.

Summary: Room is reasonably clean although slightly outdated. The shower door is leaky although overall is clean. The elevator is still out of order.

Summary: The bathroom had a nice mirror but the shower was not usable. The curtain was almost torn off, the tub did not drain. I was only able to take a 6-7 minute shower, my child could not shower. When i reached out to management they only said " sorry to hear that your unhappy" We went to another hotel

Summary: Great location, beautiful view of the lake and 5 mins away from Hobart, which was the reason for the trip. The hotel itself is outdated, and I didn’t feel like it was very clean, specially the bathroom. There was mold on the shower and the floor was pretty gross. One of the elevators was not working, I’m not sure how long it’s been that way, so with 6 floors, lots of guests, and one elevator, everything took way too long. The parking lot was very inconvenient, and I encountered some of the staff there “pre gaming”. Also, their restoring is closed on Sundays, as are most of the places down town, so beware. Overall I might stay again, but only due to its location.

Summary: The room was clean but needed updating. What lighting there was was poor and the bulbs were all off color. Some 2800k some 5000k. Not acceptable. That’s just laziness by the maintenance staff or the management. The bathroom definitely needed updating. The light was awful and dark. No body wash or shampoo. We even asked for some but they had none. The other odd thing was this was a handicap accessible room (not needed by us) but everything was normal height. No way it would work for someone in a wheel chair. Final thoughts. This is great location going to waste. Low on staff and needs a big update. I wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Summary: The hotel has potential but it’s lacking in a few things. The front desk staff were great! The hotels appearance in the lobby is lacking. The elevators are SCARY! One is under construction and the other makes you feel like it’s your last ride. The hallways were fine but the room it’s self felt dirty and dated. The beds were practically on the floor and the mattresses are terrible full sized boxes. The bather lacked amenities that are basic and included in other chains like Hilton.
