This 10 acre ranch is uniquely located overlooking the San Diego Safari park formerly known as the "San Diego Wild Animal Park." The home is a single level 4000 sqft modern ranch style home that is perched upon a hilltop sitting on 10 acres of beautiful scenic land. The home overlooks the entire San Pasqual Valley with 270 degree views. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and never disappoint. The home itself has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. Outside features a 35000 gallon saltwater pool with rock grotto and water slide with poolside basketball hoop, a massive Baja shelf for lounging and elevated 10 person spa. *heating fee applies for in ground pool/spa if requested There is a large deck area and the pool is all fenced for child safety. There is also an above ground 8 person hot tub that is preset to 104 and ready for use anytime (no fee for heating of the above ground hot tub)
The modern gourmet kitchen features a 40 sqft island with eat in breakfast bar, walk in pantry with coffee station and modern stainless steel appliances. There is beautiful wood flooring seamlessly layed throughout the entire home and faux wood tile in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom areas. The bathrooms have all been remodeled featuring seamless glass shower in the bunk room, a soaking tub in the hall bathroom and modern rain shower in the guest bathroom and a dual shower head oversized shower in the master bathroom. All bathrooms have new marble or granite counter-tops. The family room offers 3 triple seat reclining sofas, and a massage chair with room for 8-10 people to comfortably hang out and take in the views. There is a 65" Flat Screen LED TV mounted above the fireplace that features DirecTV with Firestick and Apple TV with Netflix and Prime video. There are TV’s in the master bedroom, 2nd living room and 2 of the guest bedrooms. The dining room features a large 8-12 person dining table that's perfect for family style dinners. The living room features another fireplace with 2 extremely comfortable lazy boy style reclining chairs and a large sectional sofa with chaise lounge strategically placed to take in a nice morning cup of coffee while you watch the sun rise over the eastern mountain range. The master bedroom features a king size tempur-pedic bed and offers french doors and picture windows that look out upon the eastern views. Guest Bedroom 1 features a soft pillow-top king size bed. There is also a crib available in this room for guests traveling with small children. This bedroom also offers breath-taking views from an 8 foot sliding glass door that leads out to a view patio. Guest bedroom 2 features a soft pillow-top queen size bed with TV and desk area. Guest bedroom 3 features a quad custom bunk bed with queen size memory foam beds below and full size beds on top. There is also plenty of room for a queen air mattress on the floor that is available upon request (Must Request In Advance). There are many extra sets of clean blankets and bedding. In total, there are 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 1 queen size aerobed and 1 crib for guests to sleep on. In addition, there are 4 couches that are comfortable for extra guests to sleep on. There is also a full size laundry room you are welcome to use during your stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was very nice inside and just right for our group of ten. The kids enjoyed exploring outside and playing in the sand pit. There is lots of wildlife to see. They are building a pool which will be awesome for future stays. The owner was very upfront about this and secured everything so that the kids were safe during out stay. They answered all questions quickly and were very understanding and easy to work with. The only improvements I would have would be more washcloths available and they lock the thermostat at 72 degrees. That temp or higher was fine for us during the day but we prefer a cooler temp when sleeping.

Summary: My children 10,8,7 loved this amazing wide open ranch's outdoors - it was perfect to run free or scooter or hike or play crazy imagination games. We loved being on their land and truly give the location and outside 10 stars, The home was lovely and clean but very much felt like someone's well kept lived in home. For us personally - we felt a little odd in the house because of the beautiful family photos displayed through most of the home. I'm sure that creates a homey feeling for some - but I felt uncomfortable and really couldn't relax in the house. The house is great though. I wish we lived there! Also, the house guide mentioned chicken coop and Children's toys. Neither were present, but there was so much nature and beauty. The best part - in our yard you can see the hot air balloon (from the safari park) going up and down through out the weekend!

Summary: Arji's home is very nice & comfortable, it has almost everything you need, clean too, it's close by city, not far from area we want to go. We had great time at his house, our kids were very happy to run around & played some hide& seek outside They enjoyed the tumpline and tree house very much too. His beds are comfortable, large washer & dryer are a plus. Kitchen is filled with many stuff, we treated there as just our home, for friends/family gathering. Highly recommended and definitely will go back again.

Summary: Spent a lovely Thanksgiving in this well-appointed house with amazing views. Enjoyed the hiking trails that are on the property, and relaxed in the spa and beside the fire pit. The kids had a blast on the trampoline. Only tip for future renters is there is no microwave - made heating up leftovers a bit challenging, but the house was stocked with all the other kitchen amenities we needed to cook gourmet meals!

Summary: We loved our stay. The views are amazing. We had 11 people and There was lots of room for everyone. The owner responded immediately to our texts. One heater was not coming on, owner sent out repairman the next day. Loved sitting by the firepit with our morning coffee and listening to the elephants and lions! Very cool. We would love to stay again sometime.
