Spacious duplex apartment in a small 2 apartment building located in the 'Old Banylus'.
Its 4 bedrooms, vast living room with open plan kitchen, Its 4 bedrooms, 3 terraces, of which 2 are south facing with panoramic view of the Banylus bay and its complete equipment will allow you to enjoy your stay as comfortable as possible.
3 bedrooms have a double 200x 160 bed or 2 200 x 80 single beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 190x90 single beds. All bedrooms have much storage space. In summer days, the air-conditioning will allow you to sleep comfortably.
Every storey has a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the main terrace, where you will find a large table for 12 persons and a BBQ.

Summary: This property was beautiful! The views from all the balconies was breathtaking and the location was perfect for us. Lots of uphill walking so keep that in mind when booking. Need to be in good shape to walk up and down every day. The weather was good and we had an unforgettable time in the town of Banyuls. Thanks Krystelle for your hospitality!

Summary: Light, airy spacious apartment on 2 floors. South facing with elevated views over banyuls. The apartment is extremely well equipped almost like home.

Summary: We found that the walk to the beach and town was a bit too difficult for people our age -70. Down hill was OK but the hike back was not. There are no taxi's available either.

Summary: We liked the flat so much that we'd like to come again. It is very well-equipped, furnished and comfortable. Only issue was with the DVD player but Krystelle was very proactive in resolving the problem. Also maybe the place could have been a little bit cleaner on arrival? I wouldn't call the flat "new"; more like about 12-14 years old, but certainly modern. However we liked our accommodation very much and were very grateful to Krystelle for her positivity, attentiveness and kindness. Apartment has a very good location and view. Really liked Banyuls-sur-mer, which for us is very accessible.

Summary: Because of this wonderful property, we were able to discover the gem of Banyuls-sur-Mer. We loved being situated in the hill above the old part of town. The view from the main terrace was fantastic, and we loved walking into town to enjoy the beach, shop at the local markets, dine out and enjoy the live music happening every night. The location was a great base to venture to Collioure, Figueres, Carcassonne and Céret. We also had fun snorkeling at nearby Sentier-sous-Marin. The condo was great for our family of six - spacious and comfortable with all of the modern amenities.

Summary: Just returned from two fabulous weeks at the apartment. We had high expectations about the apartment from the website and we were not disappointed. It certainly has the "wow" factor, particularly the views. Krystelle was really welcoming and provided some useful tips on places to go, even though we have been to Banyuls before. The only negative - the apartment does not belong to us!

Summary: My family had the opportunity to stay in this flat for a week during our vacation. The flat is very nicely equipped, clean, private. We especially loved the layout for family dinners, and late night conversation on the veranda under the stars. Nice view of the hills, surrounding town and close to the beach. No problems with renting or return of our deposit. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our vaccation in the town of Banyuls Sur Mer was perfect. One of our best holidays ever. We were surprised by the quality of the appartment, very well located, spacious and well equiped. All interior, furniture and equipments are new and modern. WiFi and TV worked perfectly. We only went out once for dinner, it was so easy to go to the store, buy some food and cook at home. The main terrace is one of a kind and gives the appartment an extra quality component. The town is beutiful, friendly and quiet with a little bit of a „mamma mia“ atmosphere and look. The beach is great with a lot of privacy during our stay in June. Access to swimming and other beach activities was very easy and safe. Everything, which was promised by the owner and his assistant, was delivered with out any problems or questions. To sum up: Fabulous appartment in the fabulous town of Banyuls Sur Mer.
