Positive: The host was incredibly friendly, she ensured that our anniversary was very special! The studio room was very comfortable and spacious! The hotel is also close to downtown, just a short walk away. Our host also graciously offered to drive us back to Tbilisi for free. Amazing stay!

Positive: Amazing, genuine host, that barely spoke English but prepared an amazing breakfast for us! One of the nicer bathrooms compared to other accommodations in Georgia. Good sized room with AC and terrace. Safe parking in front of the house. Fully recommend!

Negative: A little further from the center, still walkable but need to be careful as there is no sidewalk.

Positive: I was able to check in one hour early. I was greeted with a Turkish coffee, cake, and apple slices. The room is simple but sufficient. The heating worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The view of the valley from the terrace was amazing. It was great to relax at the tables on the terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. You won't go away hungry. The items changed each morning. The figs were outstanding.

Positive: Extremely lovely owner who welcomed us with homemade wine and snacks upon arrival, and gave us coffee and cake before we left. Room was very comfortable and clean with a great bed, and warm enough for November temperatures. Beautiful views of the Caucasus mountains from the balcony. It is well located, near the town and next to the Bodbe monastery. You can easily park a car in front or inside the yard. Special mention goes to Kessaria, the beautiful and friendly Siamese cat.

Positive: Family-run guesthouse with a great location overlooking Sighnaghi and the greater Caucasus mountains. Mzia and her daughter Ruso were very kind and helpful. We recommend staying at their house!
