Summary: The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms had minimal furniture but the beds were comfortable. The exterior of the house could have used some landscaping for curb appeal or at the least kept to look cared for as it stood out on the street in a negative way. Overall, if needed, I would definitely rent it again as it was a great price for the value.

Summary: We rented this property to attend our son’s graduation from UC Merced. It was clean and comfortable and so much better than a hotel room.

Summary: The house is beautiful and very bright upstairs. The house has two areas to sit and relax, nice for a big group of people. Had to reach out to the house manager during our stay and had a very quick reply. Parking on a Thursday night can be a little tough because it's trash day so everybody has their cans in front of their driveways and parking is tight as it is. Our group sent a private message to the house manager regarding just a few things We thought would have improved our stay and future guest, He was extremely open to our suggestions. This is a great house for a large group. The house is in a good location it's close to a lot of stores and only about 10 minutes away from a small Walmart. We Look forward to staying here again.
