This exclusive comfortable holiday house of 215 m2 with a private pool set in a 950 m2 tropical garden is located on a gentle slope covered with lush green palm trees and overlooks the beautiful seawater lagoon Guarairas. The paradise white sandy beaches of Tibau do Sul, Praia do Madeiro, and Praia da Pipa are very close and easy to reach. The villa is very spacious and carefully decorated with colonial-style furniture. All parts of the house have Internet access. The hall, kitchen, and living form a large open space. Vitreous doors of the living are open to the porch and the swimming pool. The porch has dining furniture and sofas. On the ground floor, the house has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning. They have large king-size beds. One further single bed can be added upon request in each bedroom. On the 1st floor, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed. On the ground floor are 2 bathrooms. One is very large and has a bathtub. The house is wheelchair friendly as the ground floor is spacious and has no steps. When the day turns into night you may watch beautiful sunsets from the porch. Summary: A beautifull well equipped villa, the pictures are 100% correct. Erica, the friendly lady housekeeper and her husband who takes care of the garden and the pool, live nextdoor, everything was kept spotless. Little monkeys waked us up early morning, birds come to bath in the pool, small lizards, geckos and young frogs all over the premisses...…. We do recommend to hire a car, can be parked on own ground. We hated to leave…………….

Summary: I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and this one is by far the best. The house is well designed, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Its spotless clean when you arrive and the staff who live in the premises make sure it’s kept clean every day during the stay. They also help with groceries and any information you need about the beaches, transportations and restaurants. But the most charming spot is the deck that opens to a beautiful pool. I can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Summary: We loved our holidays at casa por do sol. Everything was spotless clean and the owners have a very good taste for Decoration and Ambiance. The pool area was just amazing with a very beautiful view. Erica who takes care of the house is very sweet and can help you with anything you need. The area of Tibau do Sul is also a paradise. We are going to miss a lot the house and the area and we can’t wait to go back.
