The ground floor boasts a living room with a 42" Smart TV along with a sitting room and dining room. The kitchen includes a breakfast area, range-style cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor contains two bedrooms, both containing kingsize beds, beams and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. The first floor contains a third bedroom with a double bed and further bedroom with twin beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and outdoor hot tub. Private parking for 3 cars and an electric car charging point. Bedding, towels and Wi-Fi included, with travel cot, highchair and stairgates available on-request. Please note: There are some low beams and an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away..
