Summary: This was our 4th or 5th time staying in this house and it’s been excellent each time (local bass fishing league tournament). Well equipped, comfortable, plenty of room for trucks and boats, great location…the list goes on. The property owner, Dan, is always available and very responsive to ensure your stay is stress free! Definitely will rent again!

Summary: This property is well maintained and is in close proximity to Johnathan Creek and marinas. We are a family of 7 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The dining table was great for all of us to gather around, eat and play games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Our son loved the waffle maker! Beds were very comfortable. The listing did show access to the garage, but learned after booking that it was locked and not for our use. Not a big concern of ours though. The listing also included a gas grill but couldn't find it. After a text to the owner we were given the garage code and access to the grill in there. However, the tank was empty. We offered to have it exchanged but received no apology or thank you for the extra effort, time or money spent. Also, we were told that toilet paper and paper towel were not supplied and to bring our own, perfectly fine with us. However, the owner requests a special septic safe paper and absolutely no Charmin. We would recommend adding that to the listing or pre-arrival instructions or supply the toilet paper you would like guests to use. An additional recommendation would be to supply a trash can for full bags when recycle center is not open. The recycle center is only open every other day. Without a can to store full bags in, guests would have to leave them outside or in the house. Since we had the code to the garage we placed our bags in there, however, we don't believe that to be the case for everyone. Had we not planned to use the grill, we would have been out of luck. Overall, it was a great house and we really enjoyed our stay!
