Positive: Very high quality property. Good equipment.

Negative: We were 3 families from different areas and there was not really enough parking space for three large cars. We had to juggle. One family had come from Australia, via Singapore and then Henley and wanted to put a wash on straight away. However, there were no washing capsules and to have a couple left for visitors would have been useful. (Likewise a few dishwasher tablets would have been useful.) We left some of both of these. Also the tumble dryer had a full water tank and the fluff filter was full too. Perhaps the cleaners should check that. We also had to empty the vacuum cleaner, which was full!! One of the single beds was coming to pieces as the dowels had gone. We did contact the administration about that before we left. A last quibble was that there was no cafetiere, which we expected in a property of this quality.

Summary: A super house and we enjoyed our stay but there were a few niggles which were irritating. See above

Positive: Spacious first class well fitted out accommodation in quiet location. Good for a large family group, Ideally located for going to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular - the main purpose of our visit. It should also be relatively easy to reach places like Sandringham, Kings Lynn, and the north coast resorts.

Negative: The Feather Duvet was an issue for one of the party but a phone call resulted in a synthetic duvet being provided within about an of our arrival= well done and appreciated.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectaitons due to its spaciousness and excellent facilities
