Summary: It was more than enough room for my family nice spacious roomy I will definitely be back host was on point with every thing the only downfall is a couple of walls a little things need to be touched up but over all amazing

Summary: We took our seniors to California for their senior trip and decided to rent a house in lieu of hotel rooms. It was a great experience for them. Plenty of room, the only thing we were concerned with was that not all of the showers worked properly. Other than that, great location and an awesome house.

Summary: Our group enjoyed our stay here. We had 13 8th graders and 3 adults spending the weekend in LA. There were beds everywhere so everyone could have their own bed with no need to share. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and the pool and we enjoyed watching movies in the living room as a group. One big issue for us was a very inadequate kitchen. While there were plenty of plates, there were only a few cups and bowls and almost no silverware. We went out and bought plastic cutlery for our use. The kitchen could use a cutting board, a larger knife, another few bowls and another good frying pan to make it easier to do a bit of cooking. The stove is gas and has 5 burners and there is a good oven.

Summary: We had a large group come to L.A. to take dance classes at a few studios out here. The house is centrally located and in a great neighborhood. Also, the owner was very easy to get ahold of if there were any questions or issues with the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and have space for the entire group. The house was perfect for what we needed and our budget. Thank you!

Summary: Home is huge with the basic neceessities: beddings, blankets and towels. Heater worked but basement room felt like a sauna and toilet drained slow. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a good place to hold out-of-towners who attended our daughter's wedding Thank you!

Summary: The home is absolutely wonderful, amenities galore. There were only a few inconveniences that can be easily corrected. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator door was not operable. The outside garbage cans had not been been emptied by the city and were full to capacity. Other than the few items mentioned, We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this home. It was our first experience staying at an airbnb and it was great. We would love to stay in this home again.
