Lobster Lounge has The Best Views in Marathon, with water on Two sides. Large Corner Property with Water, Water Everywhere! The pristine flow- through canal of Little Venice is on one side and the Atlantic Ocean waters and Vaca Cut on the other.
Boaters Dream!! LL has over 130 feet of deep water dockage. 60' of protected water on the canal side, and 70' of dockage on the ocean. LL sits right on Vaca Cut making it just seconds to get to the Gulf. LL is steps from Cap't Hooks Marina providing boat fuel, fishing supplies and tours of all kinds.
The Canal Side of LL has a large dedicated bait/fish freezer, fish cleaning table with water, Additional Water hookup for cleaning boats and 110 elec to left of the boat lift, and an Outdoor shower.
The Pool Side of LL has an Amazing pool with lush tropical vegetation for beauty and privacy. The professionally serviced Pool is 5’11” deep and 12.3 x 23.9 feet in size. Pool and landscape lighting provide ambience and safety. Amazing!
Large outdoor sectional for relaxing, patio table and chairs for seating of six, chaise lounge chairs for tanning and many comfortable polywood chairs for relaxing. Covered propane BBQ area for cooking up the days catch!
With 130 feet of dockage, you can fish right from the dock!! Or watch marine life including manatees.
The fenced lot next door to the house is for your use while you are here. You can sit and relax in the beautifully landscaped area. You can have dinner or sip on some wine.
INTERIOR:
Ground level Main Floor affords immediate convenience to the outside! No stairs!! Huge windows throughout the home for enjoying all the Water from indoors! The Main floor has a newly remodeled Kitchen with stone, stainless, tile and stocked with all kitchen cooking necessities, and an amazing Open Floor Plan with custom coastal furniture for effortless entertaining! Four person counter seating at the large granite island and a large table with seating for six. Leather Couch, Loveseat and numerous chairs allow lots of room for family fun!
Primary bedroom with en-suite custom remodeled bathroom, king bed and amazing water views. Second main floor bedroom has Two Queen Beds and amazing water views. Marble hallway bathroom has been recently custom remodeled and includes tub and shower.
Upstairs has two newly decorated bedrooms with new hardwood flooring and a shared brand new custom remodeled bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large and has three twin beds, sitting area and amazing Ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sitting area and canal views. Each bedroom upstairs has their own mini split AC unit.
Living room and All bedrooms have Smart TVs. House has Cable TV channels and hi speed wireless internet- xxx mbs. Main floor has central air. Washer/Dryer and Second Fridge on ground level.
Home is professionally cleaned and meets and exceeds all industry standards.

Summary: Lots to do at the house and in the area for all ages. Great house, pool, and dock. Caught lots of fish off the dock and even got the 3-year old grandkids excited about fishing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Summary: Perfect location for your boat. Access to gulf and Atlantic right there. Plenty of life, manatees, shark, and plenty of fish all off the dock. Restaurants and activities all short distances away. Great place, clean and fees like home. Highly recommend

Summary: What a great house, 130 ft if Rick on a canal and Vacay Cut. Pool overlooking the water and great outdoor seating. Inside very good with plenty of sleeping beds and bathrooms. Great room with big table, counter stools and big tv and space. If you want to fish go right off the dock or a few blocks to a party fishing boat the Marathon Lady. Key West an hour away. Great place for a family vacation and we had 6 adults and 4 kiddos and it was terrific.

Summary: Great location right on the water on Vaca cut. Lindsey was awesome with any questions we had. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. Second refrigerator and freezer in the garage a huge plus for fishing. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed this home, and it worked very well for two families for a total of 9 people. We brought a boat, and it is conveniently located near a launch ramp (approximately 1 mile away) and bait/tackle store which was within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home has been nicely updated and was very clean. The corner lot provided a good deal of privacy and plenty of space for docking. The main channel has a very stiff current at times, which can make docking a challenge for novice boaters/captains. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and dealing with Lindsey was very effortless. The only issue we had was with the dishwasher. It was broken upon arrival and required 3 separate visits across three different days by the maintenance person to get it partially working.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. The house is in an excellent, quiet, convenient location. Being right on the water was so nice. We did a little fishing, were entertained watching the pelicans and boats, and saw a few manatee. The house has everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Dealing with Lindsey and the property management was effortless. Thank you so much for another great VRBO experience.
