Positive: Lovely. Smart, clean, safe, quiet. Good staff. Anna on reception was excellent. Good restaurant. Good bar with an excellent selection of gins! Very good barman. Breakfast good too.

Negative: No local beers. No England vs Panama!?

Positive: Astonishingly beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds, exceptional breakfast. I loved everything. In particular, the genuine kindness and generosity of the staff who helped us and made our stay wonderful.

Negative: The only thing I did not like was the temperature in the room, which was too high and it was difficult to turn it down especially at night. But this is also because the hotel has a very high ecological standard and even in cold nights with the heating off remains warm, which a good thing.

Summary: A perfect stay surrounded by the Serra and the Alps, cozy, and comfortable with delicious breakfast
