Summary: It was a fantastic few days in Faro, great hotel in a great location. Staff went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Rooftop especially at sunset is amazing. Highly recommend it

Summary: It felt like there were a few areas lacking, and the spa needed a bit of TLC. E.g the steam room was 'warm' and most of the functions in the shower didn't work. Also the sauna water bucket was always empty. Great staff. Great rooms. But something was missing... E.g the bar was separate and closed early...

Summary: I think this hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillow for side sleepers! The bathroom was also the most gorgeous modern bathroom I have ever seen with copper/rose gold fixtures and has an amazing rain shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The onsite restaurant Forno Nero was also great! And the rooftop pool with lounge is a must visit. It was also a nice touch for complementary car shuttle to the train station. So for sure, this is truly a 5 star hotel. Treat yourself!

Summary: Beautiful hotel right in the centre of old town Faro. The room (Superior Aqua) was excellent with an incredibly comfortable queen size bed, lovely decor, a comfortable sofa and a well laid out bathroom with the large tub, rain shower and separate wc. It was the little details which made this a 5* star experience. Plenty of water available daily (still & sparkling) plus soft drinks, robes and slippers available and cleaned to an incredibly high standard. My only suggestion for improvement was the chairs on the balcony which looked lovely but were rather uncomfortable. The balcony was an excellent spot for watching the 2 storks nesting on the crane. Breakfast was excellent, service and plenty of options to choose from. We ate twice in the restaurant and food was delicious. We also visited the pool and ate lunch on the 4th floor which was also excellent with great service. Was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks to all the staff at 3HB.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. A special mention goes to Alice at the bar—her energy, attention to detail, and cocktail knowledge really stood out. She was warm, professional, and made us feel so welcome every evening. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Also, a big thank you to Ricardo from Guest Relations. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, offering excellent local tips and a genuinely friendly presence throughout our visit.
