Summary: There are two things that I was disappointed in about this hotel , the breakfast was mediocre for 5* but mainly they really didn’t cater for gluten intolerance! The other thing was on checking in they take a deposit of 100€ for extras that you sign for ,room service, bar etc ! On checking out we were informed that when a member of staff tried to get extra money from our credit card it was rejected by the bank ?!?!? First of all they could have informed us that our 100€ credit had run out and asked us to top it up , but took it on themselves to try and take it without our permission!! Thankfully the bank did refuse and we had then to be asked for the extra money, not pleased at all !! Apart from that the hotel was nice !

Summary: The 3HB Faro Hotel was incredible! From the first minute on property the staff were incredibly helpful especially with getting us to the correct parking garage for our rental car and shuttling us back to the hotel. The staff greeted us with open arms and a willingness to help make our stay the best it could possibly be! A huge plus was how nice the room and amenities were on the property. We would highly recommend for anyone staying in Faro since its so close to the town and marina!

Summary: Quite a luxury experience. Was greeted nicely on arrival and shown to my room. Room was very spacious, had great amenities and extras to make it a great stay. The rooftop pool / lounge / bar area was extra special and a great way to watch the sunset. Breakfast included was an excellent assortment of treats and well worth it. Would definitely stay here again as a nice treat.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at 3HB Faro and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm, friendly welcome, and every member of staff I encountered throughout my stay was professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is immaculate – spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and it smells incredible from the moment you walk through the doors, giving it a real luxury feel. The location is perfect, with everything in Faro within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. A relaxing, luxurious stay with exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful and staff fabulous. Although the hotel doesn't have its own car parking, it does offer the ability to park nearby. However, we couldn't park in the temporary spaces provided a couple of streets away to enable us to drop off our bags before moving the car to the parking. We therefore took the option to park in a free car park about 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was brilliant with cooked to order items as well as cold buffet, all of which were very fresh and varied. We would very much stay here again
