Positive: We loved everything about our stay at this fabulous hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable, the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the breakfast is amazing, the spa is small but has everything you might want. We swam in the rooftop pool even though it was freezing, definitely a highlight! I really hope to return and have been recommending it to friends.

Negative: All the switches in the room are quite baffling, a bit too high tech for us.

Positive: Very kind and pleasant staff throughout the place who take really good care of you. The option to store your bags after checkout gives great flexibility for exploring the city after checkout. Cleanliness everywhere was remarkable including rooms and common spaces like sauna and restaurant. Keep it up!!! It was a suprise anniversary trip and the special gifts and upgrade was totally worth it and really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
