Negative: This is our second time staying at this place, it was modern and comfortable but housekeeping didn’t do as good of a job compared to the first time when we stayed there

Positive: The unit is lovely so much potential for a perfect rental. Location great.

Negative: Sticky floors and handrailing to lower rooms. Had to spend an hour or more wiping things down and rewashing floor. Found dirty moldy pot with food in it in oven. Dirty baking pan and knife in cupboard. Crud on door cabinets. Towel had blood stains and tear in other ( did find newer ones in bedroom closets) lack of hand towels for 3 bathrooms. No paper towels or kleenex. Glass table and coffee table, so smudgy had to clean twice before eating off of it. Wasn't a good start before we could enjoy our stay. I sent a message to owner to inquire if there was a keurig or drip coffee machine in the unit prior to arriving. Was told it was drip. When we arrived, it was a Nepresso, so we had to go out and buy coffee every morning.

Negative: the cleanser smell was overpowrering it was like they cleaned with undiluted cleanser and did not rinse. we had to open the doors and windows it was so strong. Yet the floors were dirty , no hand towels in washrooms coffee maker didn't work

Positive: This beautiful new unit was a steal of a deal. It had all the comforts of home and was in a great location.

Negative: The unit appeared clean, but our socks told a different story. We appreciated having cleaning supplies available. There was also some very visible gum on the coach that we removed. All of the chair legs had either loose screws or missing screws. They were very wobbly. We also had to adjust all of the air vents in the basement as it wasn't getting any heat. The upstairs was like a sauna and it was like a deep freeze downstairs. There was drywall coming out of the vents, so I don't think they were ever opened (and our stay was in April). We asked many times about dishwasher soap and never received a response. Also, a ride was offered from the airport and never transpired.
