Positive: Great location , nice view, comfortable beds with en-suite, parking available and it was very reasonably priced

Negative: It was difficult to find the lock box as the picture was not attached to the email

Positive: Great location for Bord Gais Theatre / 3 Arena. Local pubs great. Plenty of free parking in the area. Beds were all comfortable.

Negative: Laundry of wet towels, sheets and bed linen had been left hanging on an air dryer in the living room in front of the panoramic window view! Furnishings tired looking and damage evident. No TV.

Positive: Property needed sprucing up. Towels were small and there was not a bath mat for the bathtub. There were not any hand towels. The lining on the drapes was shredded from sun coming in windows. There was a large hole in the woodwork under the kitchen counter to the left of the sink. Also a hole in the front bedroom from the door knob being pushed into the wall which was noted by the owner before we were there. Overhead light did not work in front bedroom over looking the river.

Summary: So, so place about 1.5 miles from the center of town.
