Negative: Free parking on the road outside but spaces can be limited you can then park on other roads around.

Positive: We stayed here last year, so returned for a 2nd time. We love the house & it works for our family.
Negative: The dining chairs are dangerous! If you lean forward when sitting in them it is so easy to unbalance & fall forward. The glass door to the back yard when open is held by a magnetic block. However during our stay the door slammed shut. The magnet wasn't strong enough. This could have trapped fingers or worse! We were lucky that no-one in our family was injured with by either problems mentioned. But another party might not be so lucky!
Summary: A lovely stay! Would like to return again next year!

Positive: Such a beautiful home, steps from the sea… large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and dining tables with plenty of dishes, pots/pans to cook meals. Clean and cozy with a nice outdoor space to sit… we loved staying here and hope to come back. Walkable to anywhere in Scarborough — we wished we had eaten breakfast at the Rowntree Cafe everyday after discovering it ☺️
Negative: The only thing we can think of is that it lacked a bread knife and ice cube trays.

Positive: Fabulous house, fabulous location. Everything you could want and lots of nice touches (games, books, coffee maker, plenty of good quality toilet roll, very comfortable beds). Lovely outside patio. Very close to lovely walks down to the beach.
