Positive: Great property, beds were very private and nice. The woman working there was awesome and you can tell she has put a lot of thought and care into the place. There were a lot of small great small details and I appreciated that a lot.

Positive: Very close to the station, restaurants and kombinis. Great location if you want to stay near Haneda Airport. The space was very clean and staff was very welcoming.

Negative: There is only one shower on each floor, so to leave on time I was concerned and woke up very early in case someone was taking shower before me. I ended up not having any issues, but its something to pay attention to.
