Summary: We stayed at 31The Rocks and found it to be an excellent base to explore Stanthorpe and its surroundings. The bed was comfortable, towels large and fluffy and the amenities comfortable and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the bush setting and took advantage of the trails on the property which afforded some beautiful views. Watching the sunset in the evening was a highlight. The only downside was the poor phone reception and the patchy internet, however we were advised about this prior to our visit. There is a lounge cabin a little distance from the other cabins where there is better reception. Communication was excellent. Thank you. We hope to return soon.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at 31 the Rocks. Cabin was clean and the wood burning heater was toasty warm with plenty of firewood provided. The setting was very peaceful and we loved seeing the kangaroos out and about at dusk and dawn. Wifi was basically nonexistent and mobile data was patchy which was disappointing. Breakfast provisions weren’t plentiful but plenty of grocery stores in town. Just a hint, don’t use Google Maps to get there - there’s a shorter route which we also used to walk there a couple of times.
