Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The house is well equipped, very clean and tidy. Peaceful surroundings, with walks and beautiful views of the mountains. Close enough to Tulbagh and Ceres for an outing. Our hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The little gifts made us feel very welcome.

Positive: The property itself has everything you would need for a self catering cottage, including an air fryer. The hot water bottles in the bedroom were a great touch. The farm itself has bokke and zebra, who visited us every day - magical!

Negative: This has nothing to do with the property - the area doesnt have much halal food options so you do need to bring meat etc with you when visiting.

Summary: Very relaxing and enjoyable. Would def come back.

Positive: Incredible peace and serenity with the most gorgeous mountain views, and a wonderful farm to walk the dogs on.

Negative: We had quite a few flies to contend with in December, but to be expected on a game farm with neighbouring sheep farm.
