Summary: The property and pool was ideal for two people. The location was in a residential area 10 mins walk from the centre of Antibes, the railway station was even closer. The host Alain was very friendly and helpful. Alain made every effort to enable us to use the pool and garden and ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Location excellent, very, very clean, lovely considerate host and accommodation had some lovely features from the great wood work inside to the lovely old grape vine wrapped around the accommodation. Don’t be worried about sharing a home with the owner as he was the perfect host and you had the place 99% to yourself. Having access to the private pool was great, lovely temperature and we spent many an afternoon enjoying a wee dip. Accommodation was small but generally had everything two people would need for a comfortable stay. So well located about 5 minutes walk to bus , train station and supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the marina and old town. Lovely selection of restaurants in old town along with shops.

Summary: The annexe was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet part of town so no noise or disturbance. We had our own private patio and also exclusive use of Alain’s pool. The location is superb! Easy walking distance to the train station and into town.

Summary: This place is a gem if you want peace and quiet and privacy, but within easy walking distance of the transport systems and town centre. The private pool was a godsend and Although Alain, the host only spoke a little English, we managed to deal with each other easily. He gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and shopping and was a lovely man, We hired a car but it was not necessary and sat unused most of the time as everywhere was close enough to walk. We would definitely use again, thanks Alain

Summary: We loved our time at la petite suite! Alain and Valerie are amazing hosts. I have an allergy to gluten and dairy so just expected some fruit for breakfast but every day there was a basket of the best gluten-free pastries and bread that I've ever had. And a fabulous breakfast with different meats, goat cheese, friut, jams, honey, coffee and tea. The pool and the spa were perfect. Out welcome dinner was amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. There's a kitchen but it's not ideal for cooking big meals, but fine for cooking simple things and there's also a wood-burning oven that you're welcome to use. We give it five stars and will come again! Thank you so much!

Summary: Alaine and Valerie made every effort to make our stay at the la petite suite perfect. The suite itself was immaculate and has everything you need. The pool was very much appreciated and set in a beautiful edible garden. Everyday we were provided with an amazing breakfast which they somehow managed to change everyday so we got to try a range of french delicacies (sometimes direct from their garden). Couldn't praise it enough!

Summary: The Petite Suite was the perfect vacation spot in Antibes. Alain and Valerie made every effort to ensure our stay was relaxing, including an amazing daily platter of breakfast, wonderful homemade meal and wine the first night of our stay, and generous rides to and from the airport. The Petite Suite was exceptionally clean (with our hosts doing a thorough job of ensuring Covid-19 standards were upheld). The kitchen, which includes a mini fridge and hot plate, made it easy to have a night of cooking and relaxation at the Suite. The terrace directly behind the Petite Suite makes for a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy an evening glass of wine. Alain and Valerie also graciously provide daily changes of towels for the pool in the backyard, which was very private and is surrounded by a garden of beautiful and unique vegetation. Our time in the Suite was made all the more memorable by the occasional visits of our hosts' very friendly dog and cat, Dolly and Gatsby. The suite is also in a highly accessible location in Antibes. The Old Town is a mere 5-10 minute walk away (safe at night, many amazing restaurants and bars), and is 5 minutes walk away from a central bus and train depot (very easy to travel to Nice, Cannes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins, etc.). Alain and Valerie also happily provided us with many recommendations in terms of where to eat and activities to do throughout Antibes. It is immediately obvious the care that Alain and Valerie have put into making the Petite Suite a special location to stay. They make their guests feel right at home and the accommodation the same quality as a 5-star hotel, and easily the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Overall, we very much look forward to returning to the Petite Suite in the future.

Summary: We stayed at Val and Alains place for 3 nights. We were welcomed warmly by alain and and hour later by Valerie. She even brought us some champagne and an nice apero plate. The location is really cute and the pool and garden perfect to relax. Breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed the smalltalk with Alain und Valerie in the morning. We totally recommend this place!
