Situation:
Maison de 2 étages de 300 m² meublée et refaite à neuf avec un jardin de 1200m². Située à Fonsorbes dans une impasse de quartier résidentiel, c'est un endroit calme.
Disposition :
Les 8 chambres + la chambre d'ami + salon/salle à manger sont équipés d'une climatisation révérsible.
A chaque étage vous trouverez une salle de bain et des toilettes. Une des chambres possède sa salle de bain privative.
Il y a un garage et une buanderie au rdc ainsi qu'une magnifique véranda à l'étage donnant sur le jardin.
Les équipements:
La maison sera équipée d'un terrain de pétanque, d'une table de billard dans la véranda ainsi que d'une salle de jeux avec console dans la chambre d'ami.
Une cuisine équipée : combiné frigo/congélateur, four, four micro-onde, lave vaiselle, vaisselles, batterie de cuisine.
Dans chaque chambre : un lit (avec 2 parrures complètes, 2 oreillers et une couette), un bureau et un placard ou dressing.
