Negative: As already mentioned it really does have very creaky floorboards. You can hear people in the adjoining property moving about due to their creakiness. The shower door only goes inwards...

Positive: Location was fabulous lovely views and quiet, reasonably close to town centre. Welcome pack was much appreciated. All equipment we needed was provided Very clean and comfortable tastefully decorated.

Negative: I have a few mobility issues so a handrail on the small landing would be much appreciated. Shower was very characterful and there is little else you could do with it but again maybe a handle to help get into it. Even my fit friends said that would help!! Shower itself is fab.

Summary: Excellent, everything we needed, relaxing no hassles!

Negative: The communication before arrival was non existant. I booked through Booking.com and my booking was redirected to sykes cottages but the contact details provided by Booking.com were incorrect and I was unable to contact the owner before arrival. The temperature of the heating was difficult to control and this was one of the concerns I tried to contact the owner before arrival regarding as we had a baby with us.

Positive: This property is a hidden gem. Located within walking distance of Pershore high street but an amazing historic building in a tranquil setting with a romantic garden overlooking the Malverns! It delivers on every level and I will definitely be booking again.
