Summary: Well appointed and pleasantly styled. Quality towels and linen. Lovely village, enjoyed dinner in the pub one evening. Only downside - Took a day for the temperature to rise, expect it had been empty and off a spell, and towel radiators never came on.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay at Dove Barn, everything was clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the neighbours friendly. Caverswall is a lovely area, surprised to find a castle next door! The Red House pub is a two minute walk away and the food was very good, and the portion sizes are generous. It was a perfect place to stay with our three children and dog. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend. Really nicely presented property with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the picnic benches having dinner and enjoying a nice sunny evening.

Summary: Used as a relaxing base for visiting family. Beautiful furnishings and decor. A few minor little touches would have been a five star rating. Kitchen equipment, spare dishwasher tabs and loo roll. Thanks for hosting us.

Summary: Property was modern and complete to a high standard, good parking available and nice quiet area. Had a number of issues when we got there but these were rectified quickly after speaking to the owner who was very apologetic. Easy to check in and great location for Alton Towers. Only thing I would say is the ‘en-suite’ was an extra toilet with a communal shower - the only stand up shower in the property is in the en-suite so you have everyone coming through your room to shower. Other than that it was really nice and would definitely stay again.
