This is an older unit (really needs updating) in a complex of ten units surrounding a large backyard.

The pool and deck are very large and are shared by all ten units. Swim or just relax in the sun! It is heated to 82 degrees year round. The salt water is very mild. It has no chlorine or harsh chemicals. It doesn't sting your eyes, and it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.
All ten units share the large common backyard, which is entirely fenced in, creating a private vacation compound. Kids can run around freely with minimal supervision. The pool is protected by a child-resistant gate.
Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.
Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speed available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, even in the yard, the pool, and the laundry room. Stream 4K movies or do video calls.
Office desk & chair: work from home using the full-size office desk and reclining office chair with high back.
Cooking: the kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and Calphalon non-stick pots and pans. There is a large grocery store 0.6 miles away.
Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.
Laundry: you'll have access to the laundry room, shared by all ten units. There are two washers and two dryers, and they are coin operated.
Coffee: Keurig, and we provide the first 4 pods
Nearby: a 24-hour convenience store, a gas station, several restaurants, and a large park are all within walking distance.

This is a thoroughly residential neighborhood. It's not a "walk to the restaurants and bars" type of place. There is a large grocery store (Winn Dixie) 1/2 mile away.
South Florida is not a good place for public transportation. Please plan to rent a car or go by Uber/Lyft. I do not recommend local taxis.
(o) The pool, laundry room, and yard are shared by ten units..(o) The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services.(o) The pool does not have a shallow end. It ranges from 3.5 to 7 feet (1.1 to 2.2 meters) deep.(o) Not good for people with allergies. This is an old house and the unit is on the ground floor. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).

Summary: (Wife is writing this review.) The owner of the place was so kind. He contacted us very shortly after we arrived to make sure all was well. We’ve never had the owner check in after we arrive, so this was really appreciated. The size of the condo was perfect. It’s small but very roomy. We actually prefer places of this size verses large condos. It also smelled nice. The kitchen was stocked well, except it was missing some washcloths. I love the red accents of the small appliances. Personally, I liked that I could have decaf coffee from the Keurig later at night, while we had the larger coffee maker for the morning. This was a nice option. The bed was very comfortable and the small walk-in closet provided space to store luggage, hooks to hang items, and the extra beach towels and chairs-which we definitely made use of. It was great having them to use! The only issues were that it needs some TLC in some areas. There are no baseboards so it doesn’t look finished. The paint is peeling badly on the back of the bedroom door. There was a mold issue in the shower. When we told the owner, we just simply offered to get some Tylex and clean it for the week. He said he would reimburse us for the cost. The Tylex worked to kill the mold, but the gray/green stains left on the caulk should be addressed. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no central light in the bedroom, even though there is a switch for it. All in all, we LOVED our stay! Thank you so much!!!

Summary: Overall I enjoyed the property I gave cleanliness 4 stars because the sheets in the king bed had very bad smell, but the the property management communicated very well about that. The property is in a great location, close to a lot of things especially the airport which was awesome. The property is small, but cute and very comfortable, I will definitely be staying here again

Summary: Matthew is very nice and promptly answered our questions & once we arrived asked us if we needed anything. The apartment is conveniently located near the airport. There is a shopping center nearby with a grocery store. The apartment has a FULL kitchen with everything you could want, including spices :) It was very relaxing & we felt right at home, which is just what we needed! Outside, is a wonderful salt water pool with rafts & fun pool toys, BBQ's, a hammock & a swing :) It is our new home away from home! We are already ready to come back :) Thanks, Matthew!
