Summary: We had such a great time at this property! We loved the hot tub, unfortunately it was bitterly cold and the pool heater couldn't keep up, maybe next time! Linda was extremely easy to work with and was always accessible for any questions we had. The garage space is amazing and great for the kids to burn off some energy. All in all, an amazing stay. We will be back!

Summary: This property exceeded all of my expectations. You name it. It’s available for you. Linda is such an amazing host. The beds were awesome, comfy, and adjustable. We had my daughters birthday here. She said she had the best birthday ever. The massage chair was a big hit, so was the hottub. Host was very responsive with anything I needed. Will definitely be using this property again. Thank you Linda for everything.

Summary: In Julian for a wedding at Whispering Oaks - the location was perfect. 10 minutes away. Home was very well equipped and comfy for 6 adults. When plans changed that we couldn’t get away by Friday (we had reserved Friday and Saturday nights) the owner generously offered us Sunday night or late checkout on Sunday. And she responded immediately to questions. Thank you for a great stay!!

Summary: We used the house to throw a surprise 13th Birthday Party for my son. Lots of boys, siblings and parents and everyone enjoyed themselves. We loved the warm pool and the hot tub was a hit. The garage space was amazing for an event. Overall we had the best time and my 8year old daughter described her weekend as “most EPIC weekend ever, can we do it again next weekend”. Will definitely be using again for events in our lives.

Summary: The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The property has many nice amenities for a family gathering. Nice little touches like firewood for the fire pit and s’more’s ingredients provided. On site laundry was very helpful. Lots of towels provided which was great when you have lots of people. Has a really nice family room with lots of chairs for a great environment for conversation.

Summary: So much room and we had a blast getting 4 generations together. The kitchen is so well stocked it's amazing. The pool was lovely, my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter enjoyed that and the hot tub. The rest of us "old folks" decided to just watch and visit. There are so many areas in and around the house to relax and talk, all the reclining loungers and couches were SO welcome and comfortable, as were the fluffy throws to snuggle under.
