This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with views of Blackfish Creek and a private path to the water. There are decks on almost all sides of the house and pretty landscaping. The interior features a multi level layout. The living room, which has a fireplace, is open and spacious with entry onto a deck and has views of the water from multiple large windows. The three bedrooms feature a Queen bed in one, a Double in another and a Double and a Twin in the last. The Master bedroom also has an adjoining study with a small deck and beautiful views of the water. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has a dishwasher. The dining area looks out over the bay and has a door leading out to a brick patio with an outside table and chairs. There is also a three-season porch a few steps down from the kitchen. Other amenities are Wifi and cable as well as a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor shower. This house is located in a peaceful and private Wellfleet neighborhood just around the corner from a picturesque waterfront landing great for boating or walking. Fox Island Marsh Conservation Area is nearby providing walking trails and spectacular water vistas.

Summary: Great property to explore and experience Wellfleet Bay- tides made for great views, especially from the upstairs deck. Great location to get into downtown Wellfleet, biking is tremendous (and can mostly navigate to avoid Route 6), kayaking in the bay is special, nice mix of ocean, bay, and kettle ponds--all in all great experience! Only recommendation would be more lighting in the kitchen, but overall tremendous experience.

Summary: Wonderful property and location. Central to just about all things on the Cape. Great deck overlooking the bay for quite and relaxation, family bbq for dinner and breakfasts. Plenty of space in side the home as well. Enjoyed use of kayaks in the bay with the family.

Summary: Beautiful home in a peaceful setting with water views and path to water. Perfect for our family with three teenage sons who love to kayak and fish. Close to wonderful restaurants, golf, and National Seashore. Everyone had their own space and office adjacent to master suite was great for remote work during the week. Well equipped and very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful.
