Positive: Clean, spacious and easy to get in. Comfy beds. Lovely for the kids. Ivie was very helpful and super quick in responding. The home felt like one. We will like to come again.

Negative: Some kitchen utensils were not clean. There was dirty water left in the boiler and some kettles. Nothing fundamental that the cleaners could not handle. Would also be good to trim the garden. Big nice garden which we could unfortunately not use because it was super bushy. I am giving the property a 10 if these two easy fixes are done. Also didn’t feel good being on camera when entering or leaving the property (cam is outside only). I understand it is for safety but just felt being monitored.

Positive: Great communication with the host, there was an issue with the whole area losing power and the host was understanding and kept us updated often. The property is spacious and in a nice quiet area with cheap and good quality pubs to eat at within walking distance. Also not far to walk to the train station and cheap enough to get an uber back from the city centre too.

Negative: only 2 forks provided for a place that sleeps 6 people so we had to take turns eating our meals. Would have been nice to use the garden as the weather was lovely but the grass was overgrown and no seating outside.

Summary: A nice area to stay, beds comfortable enough and property is good for a group/family
