Experience a city location nestled away from the bustling road in our three-bedroom townhouse. Captivating sunset views that often accompany your adventures in the kitchen or while savouring a barbecue feast. Step outside through the back gate to a serene grassy park.
Exclusivity in a fully enclosed yard with patio, a great place to relax after a hard day at work or play. Large double lock up private garage.
No shared facilities and plenty of fresh air in the quiet park at the rear. Our house situated at the rear is in a quiet exclusive complex with private access and fully enclosed yard. It boasts spacious light filled rooms. A brilliant peaceful place to focus on your work with good lighting, large desk, and Wi Fi. The double secure garage proves popular with plenty of room for the truck, boat, vintage car, or motorbike.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and laundry with washing machine. Enjoy the sunset that often can be viewed whilst cooking in the kitchen or on the BBQ. Ensuite and a main bathroom, a separate make up area and second toilet.
Large areas of shade for relaxing with a wine to catch the last of the sun for the evening. A three-minute walk to the exclusive Mildura Golf Club, and a five-minute walk to a large children's playground amidst sporting ovals.

Summary: The apartment was very clean and well presented when we arrived. I did enjoy the comfortable mattress toppers. We stupidly left something behind and the cleaners and management when out of their way to return it to us. Thank you very much for that.
