Summary: House is in a great location (next to park and river) with a fantastic rooftop deck with a hot tub. We enjoyed the layout of the property; however, upon arrival 1 shower and 1 sink would not drain. Maintenance didn't come to fix it until the next day. In addition, there were dead and live bugs and cobwebs inside the house (large crickets and a black widow spider). The patio with a fountain was a nice touch, but once again not usable with kids as it was not clean. Both it and the patio off the large master had birds nests and bird poop all over the patio. It was clear the house had not been utilized for some time, but for the price we expected the place to be clean. While a great location, I would not recommend staying here. You can find a cleaner row home in a similar location for half the price.

Summary: Fantastic house in a great location!! The house was very spacious and beautiful...it had everything we needed for our week stay. We really enjoyed the downtown BV restaurants plus skiing at Monarch Mountain and relaxing at the Mt Princeton Hot Springs...could not ask for a better week in CO!!
