Fully furnished and stocked, ready for your arrival. Front Living room has a Large screen TV in the living room with Satellite connections for 150 channels. A HD TV is in the master bedroom with a ROKU for WIFI. A basket of movies will be delivered for your preferred genre. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and serving. Breakfast items are being provided in the refrigerator. Bathrooms are fully stocked with shower and personal items. If you need any thing, just let us know. The laundry room is stocked with basic supplies.

Summary: This condo was exactly as advertised, communication with the owner was easy and efficient as was check-in and check out. As I work remotely Wifi is extremely important and I was able to work and watch TV with zero issues. Property is located right off the I-15 but is in a quiet neighborhood close to food and gas stations.

Summary: Gr8 location, accessible, clean, full of food, & able to wash clothes. Also, had wonderful amenities that we were not able to use - pool, hot tub, WIFI, patio, etc. Loved it!

Summary: Two married couple had a pleasant experience in this clean, comfortable accommodation. Lots of spices, food left in the pantry and refrigerator. We stayed during the hot spell in August/September and there was a cooler for us to use and some bottled waters to get us started. When we had issues that needed attention, like getting the TV going, Lynn was able to stop by and give us a hand. A few negatives like the pool and hot tub need attention. Also the pots and pans need updating ( they were scratched and not in the best condition.) Over all a great place to stay and use as home base when visiting UTAH.

Summary: Lynne's property was clean, safe and very nice. Stocked with the basics and everything worked great. Coffee, some staples all in the condo. Stayed her 2 weeks with small dogs and plenty of dog walking. Would do it again and give her and her helper, Bonnie (who is on site) high marks for communication and help. The rec center could use some work (the work out room has a few things not working), but that aside a 5 rating.
