Summary: This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. Overall, the property was ok. It felt like the property mgmt company only did the basic necessities with little attention to details. There was one washcloth for 4 people, garage was filthy, leaves not raked, cheap pillows, ants in the bathrooms, & thin sheets. I’m just being honest for future renters to be informed. Most importantly, it was clean inside. But with a 195 cleaning fee, it should be. Best wishes!

Summary: Upon opening the front door, the smell of cat urine hits you and stays with you throughout the entire house. The house and the neighborhood were perfect for our group if there wouldn’t have been that smell permeating the entire property. We contacted the host and they did reply to our messages but never in our conversation back-and-forth did they offer to do anything to fix the situation. They simply apologized with no offer to solve the situation in any way. We would not stay at this property again and we will make sure the next property we book in Wichita is not managed by Reliance Property Managament.

Summary: If looking for a place to sleep while visiting Wichita this is a very nice clean house. It could have used a few more towels/wash cloths, newer coffee maker that didn’t splash and outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful weather we had while visiting. Although there were a couple of issues during our stay we contacted the owner and they were promptly resolved. I would recommend this property to someone else

Summary: Very nice home with lots of space. All appliances were in working order. My husband and I slept in the bedroom with a bathroom and bed was very comfortable. It was great having a garage to park our car in. Our three Golden Retrievers enjoyed running around in the big backyard. The house was close to the venue of our dog competition. Hope to return next year!

Summary: Our guests who came from Ohio, North Carolina, Colorado, and Maryland have all expressed that they loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone, the location was wonderful (a nice neighborhood, close to shopping as needed, even the emergency room when one member needed it, close to local attractions, near a park for walks, etc.), the house itself was great.
