Stained concrete floors with carpet in the master bedroom, granite in the kitchen. Master bath has a shower and 2nd bath has shower/tub. Office with built in desk. High ceilings throughout, huge closets, dining table, and bar with bar stools.
Sleeps 6 in a king, queen and 2 twin size beds, 1 on the couch and 2 on queen air mattress(available by request) for a total of 9 people max.

Summary: Property is close to everything you need in Amarillo. Property is clean, roomy and kitchen is stocked with a lot cooking utensils if you plan on cooking. Jetted bathtub is great if you spend your time hiking in the Canyon as we did.

Summary: We loved everything about this place! The house was clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful amenities - 2 bottles of water and coffee supplies, individually wrapped cups in the bathrooms, hotel style shampoo/wash/etc. There was plenty of room to spread out - huge closets and lots of drawer space. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with plates and cups that all matched. Given the crazy weather (we had a blizzard) it was really great to have a garage. The neighborhood was also very nice and felt safe. Lots of close by places for shopping, eating, coffee, dessert, etc. It was a great home base for our trips to Palo Duro. The owner was super nice and quick to respond. We highly recommend this house!

Summary: Everything was clean, we had all we needed and more, and when we inadvertently created an unfortunate maintenance situation, the owners came right over within minutes and fixed it. The big garage area allowed us to social distance with friends while staying out of the Amarillo winds.
