Positive: It’s such a cosy little place and it has everything you need and more. The owners are close by also and we asked them to pop round a few times and they did no problem. Gave us extra firewood once we ran out aswell. The property is decorated lovely and it was so clean on arrival. We arrived a few hours before check in and they allowed us to put our frozen food in the freezer and park on the drive, we popped into both pubs whilst the property was cleaned for us and even then it was ready earlier than advertised. The surrounding is also stunning and you get a cracking view from the fire pit. Both local pubs were lovely and our roast dinner was fantastic. Will definitely be looking to visit again.

Summary: Great long weekend stay, chilling out with friends, we was able to achieve exactly the getaway we was looking for

Positive: The cottage exceeded my expectations. My two friends and I all greatly enjoyed the comfortable and clean accommodation, and the easy access to hiking in the Brecon Beacons. The weather was pretty bad so we didn't get a chance to make use of the barbecue or pizza oven, but they looked fantastic.

Negative: Nothing. It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Had the weather been sunnier, I'm sure we would have enjoyed the outdoor area and facilities very much!

Positive: Very cosy, everything you need. Beds were unbelievable! Amazing views, great location to the Brecon Beacons.

Negative: Bit disappointed we weren't able to use the outside dining -bbq was full of water and no wood provided for pizza oven

Positive: Very secluded area, which was lovely and peaceful! Owners checking in on us every making sure we were okay.

Negative: Unfortunately we found that the bathroom, more so the shower was absolutely covered with mould! Which we found abit grim in all honesty. The directions to the property were abit confusing! We ended up using WhatThreeWords to navigate back to the property (///viewers.laughs.fabricate) incase anyone else is struggling to find the entrance like we did.

Positive: The property was amazing, great location, really good for pets and the outdoor space is brilliant!

Negative: The only downside was the check out was at 9:30, although in the book it said 11, and I was only notified in the evening before… which was disappointing as it was expensive and didn’t leave us enough time. I don’t know if it was because we are young or because we bought our dog, but it would have been nice to have the extra time as 9:30 is a very early check out…

Positive: Amazing outdoor cooking area. Fire pit and pizza oven all ready for us. Decorations and furnishings were all beautiful and cosy. Great location for exploring and lovely hosts. Peaceful break with great views and great attention to detail. Loved the spare lead and dog parking hook outside :)
