Negative: the house a bit cold at times. but other than that it was a nice place.

Positive: Location was great, shops were walking distance. The house was clean and had a sofa bed which was great for watching TV.

Negative: Just a couple of broken door handles and a couple of lights that weren't working.

Positive: - bed was firm and comfortable - quiet area - enough space for a family of 5 or for 3 couples - back yard is spacious with undercover area - easy to request for more guest at the house - close to greystanes pub/bistro and shopping mall - 10 min drive to stockland merrylands

Negative: - the house is not located where it says on the map on Booking.com it is on Merrylands Road but definitely not across the road to IGA its a further 10mins down that road - no door handle on the inside the first bedroom to the right upstairs - shower head should be replaced - very dusty fans! Looks like moths or even years of build up - tiles downstairs isn't cleaned properly, very dusty - the special detergent for washing machine is cheap washing powder - tiny fridge doesnt include freezer - screen only locks from inside - most of the lamps have broken bulbs - bed slats in master bedroom were already broken or off same as in first bedroom to the right - weird smell - blinds dont work very well not easy to use - pillows and bedding smell of cologne - side gate easily opened if a random wanted to - carpet is stained throughout - the couch has extra sheets, blankets and pillows, they all smelled like they havent been washed and definitely smelled of someone else who had slept with them

Positive: It is not easy to find 3 bedroom accommodation. The pictures online looked nicer. The location is ok, The upstairs bedrooms are OK, clean and comfortable, lots of space.

Negative: The kitchen facilities are very limited, if you prepare to use the kitchen, it will be hard. There is not even a sponge to clean the dishes, no dishwasher, only one tea tower provided. The oven is very dirty, we did not touch it. The garage is very small, if you have a bigger car, that should consider, we are afraid to leave the car outside, as it is not safe area. Upstairs bedrooms are nice, but there are lots of stains on the carpet. One of my son door handle was broken, nearly drop on his feet, he was there for tourament. Plus three bedside lamp are not working, we sent all to the landlord but without any response. The wifi started extremely bad, we contacted the landlord, he responded fast, fix somehow, but still slow, cannot even have online lesson, luckily we have unlimited 4G, not bother to contact him again.
