Summary: The home was the perfect location and our host was terrific in responding/communicating. House is clean and had what we needed. Only complaint was the thermostat. It was set to 75 when we arrived and when we put it on 68, it would kick back to 75 when no movement was sensed (like during the night). So it was (to us) very warm. Was on 79 this morning when we got up to leave. We would have gladly paid $100 extra to have no controls on the AC while there. Overall, wonderful place and host... just too warm for our liking.

Summary: This jewel is indeed a best kept secret! The location is central and in close proximity to several attractions in & around the Dallas/Forth-Worth area. The home is beautiful & the property is well kept! You will not be disappointed!

Summary: Due to a issue with another (shady) property owner, I booked this rental with just days before my event. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The house was clean and well-appointed and was just a short drive to our concerts at AT&T Stadium. Sid was amazingly attentive and texted each day to ensure our needs were being met. Any questions I had received a prompt response. There was a brief issue with the hot water heater on day one, but it was resolved literally within minutes of informing the host. If there are any more events in Arlingtion that prompt an overnight stay, I will definitely see if this house is available. Thank you, Sid!!

Summary: Everything about our stay was great. The place was very clean. The location is convenient. We felt safe. Communication with Sid was superb. We had a few questions and Sid replied promptly.
