This lovely Beach house has been completely redone inside and out. This is a very big home for nettles island at 1400 square ft. It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and lots of counter space. It has a dinning room table for up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a queen bed with a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with large closet. 3rd bedroom will sleep 2 people it has a Daybed with a trundle and a large 65” smart TV. Large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. There is a gas grill and chairs so you can sit outside on the porch. Enjoy lots of amenities that Nettles has to offer including basketball, pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong ball, and 18 hole mini golf course and don’t forget the awesome Beach! There is a marina with boat ramp, 2 large heated swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. There is a grocery store on the island and a really good restaurant “Saunders Landings”. Watch the beautiful sunrise on the beach and the breathtaking sunset across the Indian river waterway.

Summary: My family and I escaped to Nettles Island for a mid winter break. House was spacious and appreciated the two bathrooms. Home was stocked with all basic items including towels, dishes and beach chairs. Didn’t include many toiletries though. Community is great although for an older population. There is no jumping in the pool which is tough for kids. All in all a great time! Host was very communicative and had a great response time.

Summary: Our family stayed at Danny's place June 25 - June 30. It was absolutely perfect - location, cleanliness, amenities! Danny thought of everything and responded immediately to a few minor questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, but we loved Nettles so much that we bought our own place while we were there.
