Summary: The receptionist was very polite, welcoming and efficient. We arrived later in the evening and were very tired and she was very helpful and got us up to our room quickly. The room (triple) was fabulous, with windows on three sides and amazing views across the canals and back towards the city. We enjoyed watching the party boats go past. It was clean, stylish and well-equipped - nice to have a coffee machine as well as a kettle. Our only difficulty was finding the entrance. We accidentally entered the restaurant and were 'told off' and asked to leave - tricky with a wheelchair - and not allowed to walk through to the hotel. A little bit of training in welcoming guests with access needs or outside signposting for wheelchair users would be helpful.

Summary: Room was large and clean but hotel was quite far out of town in an industrial area of Utrecht. Bike hire available but expensive and no availability/information about bike hire for children. Room was overlooking a car park. Parking was expensive, but convenient. This is a basic style accommodation. Ok if not spending lot if time in room, and prepared to walk 20-30mins into town.

Summary: I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in early — I was very grateful for that. The room was very clean, and the kitchen had an oven and a dishwasher, which was a nice touch. It’s got big windows and get nice amount of sunlight which I enjoyed. Grocery store is like 5 minutes walk so it was helpful since I wanted to cook in my room.

Summary: My room has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. It was close to a grocery store and bus stop with many options to get around. Staff was extremely helpful when I couldn’t get the laundry app to work. Would stay here again.

Summary: Good location; the hotel can be reached by several buses from the central railway station. A supermarket is within 5-minute walking distance. The room is spacious and well equipped; the kitchen is very helpful. The reception desk has limited hours but the staff could be reached via intercom outside of the hours. Very pleasant stay; I look forward to returning next time I am in Utrecht.

Summary: The hotel can be reached via several buses from the city centre. A medium-sized supermarket (Hoogviet) is within 3-5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen included in the room is a blessing.
