Positive: The place is very accessible. It is along a major avenue (Quezon Ave) so plying to and from places is easy. Easy to locate on all navigation apps. The place is immaculately clean! Even though the building itself looks vintage, the unit is well kept. The kitchen is well equipped. The television has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and local channels.

Negative: Nothing to dislike! The owners are very responsive to inquiries and very accommodating to requests.

Summary: Best place, great owners, excellent stay!

Positive: Perfect for our family of 5 and few guests who came by to say hi, place is neat and nicely staged. Good spot, very close to the places we were visiting during our stay. Hosts are responsive and very helpful.

Negative: No laundry facilities in the unit, but hosts have provided information / nearby shops where we can do our laundry.
