Summary: Property manager was great to communicate with and very accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean however the stairwell and outside the door was a little dirty. The unit was nicely decorated but there were a few areas that needed the paint touched up. The screen on one of the living room windows has a giant hole in it and one of the screens in the bedroom had a hole as well and was about to fall out. Kitchen could definitely use more cookware and silverware. My #1 biggest issue with the place is it has probably the MOST uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on in my life, it was so uncomfortable we had to take turns sitting in the one comfortable chair. The neighborhood was a little junky but all the neighbors and passersby were all very nice, I never felt unsafe. I just wish after a busy day of sight seeing we could have looked forward to sitting around in comfortable seating and relaxing a bit, instead we dreaded it due to that couch!

Summary: We travel quite a bit and have stayed at several VRBO locations across the country, with a range or experiences. This was definitely among our top three and now our go to for SFO! My mother-in-law, who is a young 92 year old, kept commenting how cute it was; she loved the kitchen. Everything was PERFECT and we enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner with our daughter. Great location, easy access. Parking can be tricky late evening but that is SF. We highly recommend and will be back.

Summary: Fine, but very anonym Appartement. Easy access. We were a bit puzzeled about signage on street, stating 2 hours parking - this was not enforced. Poor cookware, poor standard on drinking glasses. As owner was comfronted with stained linen, they promised to exchange this, but it didn't happen.

Summary: This property was incredibly clean. First thing we noticed! That was wonderful. There was even a brand new sponge in the kitchen for dishes. A pet peeve of mine is having to use a sponge someone else used. There were 3 of us and my daughters each had a bedroom and I chose the couch. It was extremely comfortable!! The down side - very under-stocked as far as basics go. There were very few plates, bowls, etc and no storage containers. A set of plastic containers is cheap and it would have been nice to have those. When we got through the airport it was a little after 2. I contacted the manager about checking in early and they said we could - for $80. I have stayed in a lot of places and this has never happened. We chose to wait at the airport. At 3 I contacted them again and they said this time we could come. That was very disappointing, especially since our airport didn't have any restaurants. Once we got there, however, we were extremely pleased and each one of us said we would eagerly stay again. I do urge them to put a better-stocked kitchen together tho.

Summary: Good pick to stay in SF, I recommend it. Apt. is as described on VRBO, everything listed is there. Neighborhood is quiet, neighbors friendly and respectful. Apt. location is close to the subway, very handy to move all over SF.

Summary: Meh. This is easily the most soulless place I've ever stayed. Light over the door was out, a problem when it's the second floor. Paper-thin walls. Despite the landlord's request for quiet, we could hear conversation below (no fault of renters!). Plug for tub doesn't fit. Poorly stocked kitchen (one single teaspoon!), crappy pillows. Very smelly detergent on linens. Less than stellar communication- had to reach out for confirmation days b4 stay, unlike most places that send mails. Variety of bug spray in the cabinets offputting. Big hole in window screen in living room. Obvs a for-profit rental. Couch uncomfy in the extreme. Unwelcoming school-like instructions (don't stain linens, you slob!). Give this one a miss unless you need to be in this particular neighborhood.

Summary: Super clean, well-outfitted apartment close to public transportation. Challenging to park, but free. Quiet, sunny, with plenty of room fir two couples and an infant. Would recommend to family and friends.

Summary: The property was clean and as described in the listing. Convenient location, just 20-30 minute drive to downtown. Street parking was a little challenging on days with street cleaning, but other days, I was able to park on the street near the apartment.

Summary: Great VRBO- lots of living space, great kitchen and dining space. Beds were comfortable. Would have appreciated more seating in the living room, more paper products, a second fan for street noise, dish towels.
