Positive: Modern, clean, comfortable house. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, all equipment in almost new condition. The house is very well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. Owners were very clear with their instructions for checking in and out. The location is going to be relative to what you're after. It's 3km from the nearest shop/pub so quite remote and ideally you'd have a car to get around. As a family of 5 it was a perfect base for us to visit extended family.....it was a pity not to spend more time there and we would definitely consider a future stay there subject to availability!!!

Negative: It is essentially a semi detached unit/granny flat to the side of a large house. Our neighbours were a family like us but I wouldn't like to be beside a party group as it would definitely be too loud. The booking deposit is a little off putting but the house is relatively new and high spec so you can see why when you get there.
