Summary: New apartment. Appreciated high quality stove and cookware. Walking distance to two grocery stores. Also, surrounded by 15 restaurants. Including a non noisy bar right next door. Thanks for leaving some snacks and coffee. Perfect spot to go for walk on beach after work.

Summary: Great spot for a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara. The Mesa neighborhood has plenty within walking distance, including coastal access. Appreciated the extra amenities including snacks, spacious closets, the rooftop patio, earplugs and a sound machine. The hosts are very communicative!
